Normative statement

Every closed win attributes to one of the seven canonical commercial mechanics declared in the §16.1 doctrine (win_rate_improvement, sales_cycle_compression, ACV_expansion, churn_reduction, expansion_revenue, infrastructure_cost_reduction, analyst_recognition); wins without an attributable mechanic indicate either incomplete capture or misalignment with the doctrine's commercial thesis and trigger a learning review.
