Trust signal cultivation · Section 16.6 PART VII
Customers in production
Named-customer case studies with quantified outcomes are AIVAON’s most consequential trust signal. The §16.6 doctrine cultivates a minimum of 2 new case studies per quarter under the customer-success function’s reference program. Every entry below is real — AIVAON publishes no fabricated, anonymous, or generated reviews (DP11, ethical practice as competitive moat).
Cultivation in progress
We are actively cultivating named-customer case studies through the customer-success reference program. New entries appear here automatically as they reach the published state in the §16.6 trust-signal registry. To request a customer reference confidentially during evaluation, please contact us — we coordinate references under NDA when required.
Beyond case studies
The §16.6 trust-signal portfolio extends beyond customer case studies into security certifications, open-source contributions, published research, executive thought leadership, community engagement, and analyst recognition. The full taxonomy is at /discoverability and the live trust portal is at /trust.
How references reach this page
Every published case study above is the terminal published-then-amplified stage of the AIVAON Section 16.5 customer reference cultivation lifecycle:REF_CANDIDATE → REF_ENGAGED → REF_CAPTURED → REF_PRODUCED → REF_PUBLISHED → REF_AMPLIFIED. CE6 — customer references are cultivated as strategic assets, not collected opportunistically. The full §16.5 commercial execution doctrine, including the reference cultivation workflow, is at /commercial-execution.
