Six governance cadences
The execution system operates through recurring rhythms rather than campaign-driven peaks and troughs. Six cadences sustain OP4 (permanent operating cadence); cadence drift is detected automatically by the §16.7 background runner that records an XP4 (cadence invariance) violation when any cadence slips past its declared interval × 1.25 grace.
