The §16.7 competitive intelligence function operates the named competitor matrix grouped into three clusters: wrapper platforms built on hyperscaler infrastructure, established enterprise voice and contact center incumbents, and hyperscaler-native voice/AI building blocks. 11 named competitors are tracked across the matrix.
